The Harvard Ranch: Landscaping

We are nearing one month that the Harvard Ranch has been on the market. So far we've had zero offers, which is, you know, not the best. My dad and I are ready to move on to the next property but we can't do that until this one is sold, and I'll only speak for myself here, but I'm not a patient person. It's something I struggle with daily.

This past weekend being a holiday weekend, my father and I met at the house to do some more landscaping in the hopes that some fresh blooms might entice buyers. The stairs leading from the side door down to the back yard and pool has flower boxes, so I bought some flowers and Nemo helped me spruce it up. If I was living there I'd put herbs in the boxes so anytime I needed something for a dish I'd just step out the kitchen door and grab it.

Then in the front yard we put in a bunch of shrubs and raked in red mulch. Of course, once I turned my back Nemo went and rolled in it. I think white dogs are magnetized to mess. Saturday we went for a long walk and he waded through EVERY PUDDLE we passed. I can't get mad at him. He's just the best boy.
