The Chalet: One Last Look

It's that time, where I prepare myself to say goodbye to the house. She was a beaut (that bubble window was weird), and I loved her well. She is a thousand times better than she once was, so much cleaner, brighter, more open. I hope she will be loved for the amazing house she is. Man, I wish I could see her dressed up for the holidays.

But it's time to move on, find another house in dire need of renovating. And in other news, once the house hit the market, my writer's block suddenly broke and I've been obsessively working on a new project since (eeee!). So I'm glad to have the mental space now that I'm no longer stressing about The Chalet. But I will miss this house. It was our best design yet.
