Procrastination Recipe: Crab Dip

I was invited to a birthday party / to watch the Pats play Buffalo last night and I obviously offered to bring a dish, like any good guest. So knowing it was going to be mostly guys I figured something no-fuss was in order. So I went to my go-to Crab dip. My sister regularly begs me to make this, but unless you're having a party it's not really something for two people to eat for dinner. It is perfect for a shindig.

Ingredients:
(Note: You can easily half the recipe for a smaller group)
2, 8 oz. cream cheese (or Neufchatel); softened
3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 can lump crab meat
2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 small onion (white or red; diced)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 small lemon (juice)

Directions:
Mix ingredients well and put into a bead loaf tin or any dish that is oven safe. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot. I cut pita bread into small triangles, sprayed them with a little Pam, sprinkled with salt and toasted them in the oven until they were crisp. They make for perfect dippers. I'm sorry I don't have any pictures but it just wasn't as beautiful as say a plate of cupcakes. I'm making NYE dinner for a party and will absolutely take pictures of that and post the recipes later in the week, so check back for that!
